We indicate the steps to make a return of your purchase in SD Huesca. The costs of the return will be borne by you, as well as the choice of shipping method.
The amount corresponding to the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Steps to request the Return:
1 – Send an email to email@example.com indicating in the Subject: RETURN and indicating in the body of the email, your email, or phone number with which you purchased, the order number -Order Id you have in the confirmation email- , as well as the reason why you return it.
2 – The customer must prepare the item(s) they wish to return in their original box, including the delivery note inside, and send the package to Store SD Huesca, Coso Bajo, 13-15. 22001 Huesca.
We will review each product that is returned.
a) If everything is correct, we will proceed to make a full refund of the purchase (shipping costs are not refunded) within 3 days from the date of arrival of the package to the office and its verification.
b) If the product sent to us is not in good condition or has been used, the charge will not be refunded and the customer will be informed.
