How do I shop in the SD Huesca?
To make the purchase of a product of SD Huesca you have to select one or more of the products that we have available on the web and pay. If in the process of your purchase you find any type of error or do not know how to finish any steps, write to us email@example.com
How do I purchase a gift item?
For gift you can buy the item / size of the product following the normal purchase process and in the end choose the option "For gift" (additional cost 2.95 euros).
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are: credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard).
We don't have PayPal yet, but we'll do it soon!
In the SD Huesca, your data will be safe at all times as we comply with all security standards regarding the processing of the information you provide us. The debit or credit card details you use for the payment of a product are not stored. At the time of order processing, card data is transmitted securely and encrypted to the payment platforms with which we work, which are responsible for making the transaction with the bank.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
We ship to the European Union and the rest of the world as well :)
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, it's Huesca the capital in Coso Bajo, 13-15. You can also find an official shop outside the stadium on match days.
How do I know what my size is?
In the official T-shirts you will find a size guide, for the rest of the products we will put a guide soon.
I was wrong to put my data during the purchase, can I change it?
If you have made a mistake entering your personal data in your purchase, please write to us firstname.lastname@example.org try to modify them as soon as possible. Please note that if you do so several days later, the order may already be on shipment. In that case we'll let you know to see what you want to do. If in that case it will be treated as a return
I have not received any email with the purchase confirmation, is everything correct?
Once the order has been placed and the payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation of your purchase by email with a receipt of the order. How do I request an invoice?
In case you want to request an invoice, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. including your order number so that we can locate you and issue the corresponding invoice.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order once the purchase has been placed and confirmed write to email@example.com If the order has not left you will receive the refund within 14 days. If the order is already in shipment it will be handled as a return.
Does shipping cost me?
Shipments to Spain Peninsula cost 5.95 euros. For the Balearic Islands, 7.95 euros. For shipments to the European Union, 9.95 euros (Portugal 8.95 euros). For countries outside the European Union, 14.95
How long does it take you to deliver an order?
If the products are in the destination of Spain Peninsula, you will receive them within 3 to 5 days. You have to keep in mind that the carrier does not ship on weekends. If you are bound for the Balearic Islands, the delivery time will be 3 to 7 days. If you are bound for an EU country, the delivery time will be 3-7 days. For all other countries between 7 and 14 working days.
If it doesn't fit in size, can I trade it for another one?
To do this you must request a Return, follow the instructions and make a new purchase again.
If I try on an item and it doesn't fit me, can I make a return?
Yes. To make a return, you have 14 business days from the moment you receive your items. You have to access our Returns section and complete the details we request. From there, we will confirm the return with the final steps that you must perform.
What is the deadline for exchanges and returns? Is it available for a cost?
You can request your exchange or return within 14 days of delivery of your item from the SD Huesca.
The costs of the return will be borne by you as well as the means you choose to send us the goods to Tienda SD Huesca, Coso Bajo, 13-15. 22001 Huesca.
I bought a product online, can I return it in the physical store?
No. If you have purchased online you have to follow the online return process.
Can I exchange a product purchased online in the physical store?
No. You'll need to change it by following the online Changes process.
If I have requested a return, how will the refund be made?
The refund is made directly to the bank card or payment method with which you paid for your purchase, within 3 days of receiving the returned item in our warehouse and verified that it is in perfect condition.
What if the item I change or return is used or unhealthy?
Unless your exchange or return is caused by a manufacturing defect, if changing or returning detects that your item is used or unhealthy, the refund will not be made and we will inform you.
