Personalized products with names and/or numbers have an additional delivery time of 4 business days to what is indicated on the payment page.
Please note the availability date indicated throughout the purchase process, especially in the case of a pre-sale.

• Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• If you wish to exchange a product or size, you must return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
